to work make sure move new compiled tempchamber.dll to sequencer folder

Issues here are now fixed after Aaron Robinson replaced faulty part (COM port), the following commands now work

PV01: read temp.
STPA: stop chamber
MANWSP1W : set temp
-for negative number (no space b/w cmd and temp value).
Ex: set to -10oC: MANWSP1W-100
- for positive number: space b/w
Ex: set to 10oC: MANWSP1W 100
STRM: start the chamber

The chamber rs232 communication need to be set with the following 9600-7-Odd-1 flow control off which is currently setup on termserv-os1 2003

enable zoom and pan option for graph control

1. new envirotronics temp chamber
1. rs 232 connectivity gets no response back (pv01 command)
2. need to be able to change ip address to access thru vnc
2. exfo chassis
1. connecting slave 2 and 3 results in loss of connectivity on gpib bus: possible solution, reinstall iqs manager
